Founding member of NOBWLE, Inc., Gladys Jones, passed away on November 9th, 2017. The women & men of NOBWLE send their condolences to family & friends. Gladys will be sadly missed. She will always be remembered as a Trailblazer for women in law enforcement.


Founding member of the Philadelphia Chapter, Rita Hawkins, has passed away. Service will be held Monday November 13th, 2017 @ Child's Memorial Baptist Church.

NATIONAL ORGANIZATION of

Elected members hold offices for up to two terms and can be elected to serve on the National Executive Board  or in the local chapter

Special Agent Gladys Jones along with several other women of color came together and voiced their concerns and formed the organization now known as NOBWLE in 1984.
